Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing, via e-mail or regular mail. Cancellations will be accepted through September 14, 2017 and a $50 administrative fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 14, 2017. All refunds will be processed after November 1, 2017.

AACI reserves the right to cancel this activity because of unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancellation, the full paid registration fee will be returned to each registrant.
