Research Associate I

Research and Education
Oversee all aspects of the IRB process including study submissions and renewal.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Will be principally responsible for study recruitment, informed consent, data collection, data entry, and quality checks.
Generate study progress reports on a regular basis (once monthly or more frequently as needed).
Perform surveys according to established research protocols.
Coordinate the ordering, inventory and maintenance of equipment, instruments and data collection and analysis tools.
Prepare, organize and communicate research results. Will work with research team to help write papers and other documents for publication based on research findings.
Complete literature reviews that will assist with study dissemination and future grant submissions.
Complete required documentation for regulatory agencies.
Participation and attendance at both local conferences.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Bachelors degree in science or related field required. Masters preferred.
Knowledge of fundamental research concepts, practices and procedures.
