The Eppley Institute at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, in collaboration with the NCI-Designated Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center, is conducting a search for cancer biology faculty at all levels. Successful candidates for the levels of Associate and Full Professor will have demonstrated a sustained track record of cancer-relevant funding and publications. Successful candidates for Assistant Professor will demonstrate a strong upward trajectory based on publications and/or early-stage cancer-relevant funding. Individuals in all areas of cancer biology will be considered, with special emphases on: cancer and the environment, epigenetics and chromatin, gene-environment interactions, chemical carcinogenesis, DNA repair and genome stability, cancer signaling, tumor microenvironment and cancer immunology, cancer stem cells, obesity and metabolism, metastasis, functional genomics, therapeutic target development, and cancer proteomics.
