Faculty or Post-Doctoral Fellowship, Oncology-focused Pharmacoepidemiology

The Department of Medicine and the Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics of the Brigham and Women's Hospital seek a post-doctoral fellow or faculty member at the rank of instructor, assistant, or associate professor to join our program.

Applicants should have training in internal medicine, ideally oncology, as well as graduate training in epidemiology or biostatistics (M.S. or Ph.D.), and a developing record of achievement in research on the outcomes of medications treating cancer. Non-physician applicants with a Ph.D. in epidemiology or related fields who have built sufficient expertise in the field are welcome.

Building on existing data, analytics, and methodology resources in the Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics, the successful candidate will develop a competitive research and training program in oncology-focused pharmacoepidemiolgy. For faculty, an academic rank of Instructor, Assistant, or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training and achievements. Clinicians may combine this position with part-time patient-care activities. The successful candidate will engage in mentoring trainees in the division and classroom.
