About the AACI Leadership Diversity and Development Workshop (LDDW)
AACI's LDDW is a component of the Leadership Diversity and Development Initiative (LDDI), the presidential initiative of AACI Immediate Past President Caryn Lerman, PhD, director of USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.
In a report published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute (JNCI) in July 2022 and shared with LDDI workshop participants, Dr. Lerman and other cancer center leaders outlined best practices for building a diverse leadership pipeline.
