Save the Date: AACI Diversity and Development Workshop
AACI will hold the 2024 Leadership Diversity and Development Workshop (LDDW), March 11-13, at Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel in Rosemont, IL. LDDW began as a component of the Leadership Diversity and Development Initiative (LDDI), the presidential initiative of AACI Immediate Past President Caryn Lerman, PhD, director of USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Emerging leaders will be selected by cancer center directors to attend the 2024 workshop. Directors are encouraged to nominate participants from underrepresented groups based on ethnicity, race, and gender/gender identity.
The first workshop was hosted by AACI in November 2022. Nearly 100 participants from 78 AACI cancer centers attended the inaugural workshop.
