The 2025 Catchment Area Data Excellence (CADEx) Conference will be held January 29-31 at the Coronado Resort & Spa in Coronado, CA. This three-day event will bring together cancer center catchment area data experts, geospatial statisticians, and representatives from government and industry to address emerging topics in cancer prevention and control analytics.
AACI encourages its member cancer centers and corporate partners to participate in the 2025 CADEx Conference by exhibiting, supporting a session or after-hours activity, placing an ad in the digital program book, or designing a custom support package.
The digital program book offers an excellent opportunity to highlight a conference or a new initiative or celebrate your successes. Program books are distributed by email to all event registrants and appear on the meeting app and AACI website. Ads may include links.
Ad artwork and links must be submitted to AACI Communications Manager Emily Stimmel by 4:00 pm eastern time on Friday, December 6, for inclusion in the digital program.

2025 AACI Support Opportunities
The AACI CADEx Planning Committee is currently soliciting abstracts for the 2025 CADEx Conference. The purpose of the abstracts is to inform meeting attendees about best practices in data collection, catchment area cancer surveillance, how organizations have built relationships to transform cancer care through public-private collaboration and technology innovation, and how artificial intelligence could be used to transform the future of data analysis within the catchment area.
Abstract categories:
Abstract submissions may include a wide range of topics, including but not limited to sharing qualitative and quantitative data, GIS, epidemiology, community engagement that supports understanding local community and collecting, validating, disseminating data via community members, and related topics.
Three abstracts will be selected for oral presentation at the meeting. Up to two authors of each winning abstract will receive a complimentary meeting registration or a refund for a previously paid meeting registration fee. While AACI encourages collaboration with external organizations, only employees of AACI member cancer centers are eligible for complimentary meeting registration. Authors of accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to submit a poster, which will be on display during the poster session for attendees to view and will be featured on the AACI website.
The deadline to submit abstracts is 5:00 pm Pacific time on Monday, November 11.
