Call for Abstracts: 16th Annual AACI CRI Meeting
The AACI CRI Steering Committee is currently soliciting abstracts for the 16th Annual AACI CRI Meeting. This year’s meeting theme will focus on compassion and collaboration through clinical trials. The purpose of the abstracts is to inform meeting attendees about clinical trials office challenges and solutions implemented at AACI cancer centers.
Updates to the 2024 Submission Process
This year, AACI has changed the abstract submission categories to provide more detail. The updated categories are Community Outreach and Engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Network Operations, Decentralized Trials, and Multi-site Research; Quality Assurance, Remote Monitoring, and Auditing; Resource Management and Finance; Trial Recruitment and Study Conduct; Trial Start-up, Activation, Regulatory, and Protocol Development; and Training, Career Development, and Staff Retention.
As in 2023, abstracts will be submitted online. The online submission tool will open February 1. In the meantime, we strongly encourage you to draft your abstract using the abstract template provided here and on the 2024 Call for Abstracts webpage. A style guide has been made available to help standardize the format of all abstracts to facilitate their review.
Three abstracts will be selected for oral presentation at the meeting. Up to two authors of each winning abstract will receive a complimentary meeting registration or a refund for a previously paid meeting registration fee. While AACI encourages collaboration with external organizations, only employees of AACI member cancer centers are eligible for complimentary meeting registration. All accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to submit a poster, which will be on display during the poster session for attendees to view and will be featured on the AACI website.
The poster session will be held on Monday, June 24 from 4:00-5:30 pm central time.

2023 Abstracts and Posters Book
The 15th Annual AACI CRI Meeting Abstracts and Posters Book is now available to AACI members. More than 500 clinical research professionals attended the meeting in person and 118 abstracts were submitted for presentation — both records for the increasingly popular event focused on clinical trial office operations.
