PCLI Webinar | Improving Clinical Trial Accruals Through Data, Collaboration, and Targeted Interventions
Tuesday, March 24 1:00 pm ET
Drawing on the work of a multidisciplinary task force at Emory University, this webinar will explore a data-driven approach to understanding and addressing barriers to clinical trial enrollment. Speakers will share findings from their "Just Ask" initiative, including insights from a center-wide white paper and a comprehensive effort to collect and analyze clinical trial accrual data across the institution. Speakers will also discuss the logistics and the lessons learned from patients that received consents and decided not to enroll on a clinical trial. This webinar is Part 1 of a two-part series, setting the foundation for a follow-up session in 2027 to assess the impact of these interventions, share lessons learned, and discuss ongoing challenges and successes.

AACI/SIRUM Webinar | Leveraging Surplus Medicine for Good
Thursday, October 3, 2:00 pm ET
Every year in the United States, $11 billion worth of perfectly good, unopened medicine goes to waste. $2 billion surplus comes directly from oncology, yet the majority of cancer patients struggle with their high prescription costs. We can make sure that every patient has access to the medicine they need by repurposing surplus medicine. Since 2013, SIRUM—a national drug donation expert—has partnered with over 350 donor organizations to redistribute more than $250 million worth of prescription medications.
